PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer that excels in alkali-solubility, and is suitable as a material of a cured film used for a display element or the like; a method of manufacturing the polymer; a curable resin composition that contains the polymer, and can form a cured film that excels in surface hardness and solvent resistance, and has an excellent pattern; and a cured film formed by using the curable resin composition.SOLUTION: A polymer has a structural unit (I) shown by formula (1) and a structural unit (II) shown by formula (2). Moreover, the present invention includes a polymer obtained by that an ethylenically unsaturated compound that has a hydroxyl group, a mercapto group, an amino group or an epoxy group is made to react with the polymer. |
