PURPOSE: An overlay welding apparatus for preventing the deflection of a beam is provided to simplify existing processes sequentially comprising a cutting process, a separate overlay welding process, a groove processing process, and a circumferential process, thereby improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: An overlay welding apparatus (100) for preventing the deflection of a beam comprises a beam (20) and a supporting unit (40). The beam has a torch (22) at an end portion thereof in order to overlay-weld the inner surface of a pipe. The supporting unit has a hydraulic tube (42) which is installed along the length direction of the beam. The supporting unit prevents the beam from being deflected by oil pressure. |
