The pouch preferably comprises a key ring 108 attached to said shell 100 and is preferably flexible and constructed from silicone rubber. The pouch may have a logo or brand 110 displayed on it. The bags may be carrier bags or bags for collecting dog waste, a method of collection of dog excrement is also disclosed.
