Comprises a service broker layer with different entities interrelated via a brokering logic, said service broker layer defining a Universal Communication Service Subscription (UCSS) layer architecture comprising a UCSS entity for brokering logic selection and brokering logic adaptation/parameterization independently from broker logic itself. The UCSS broker layer architecture defines a UCSS framework model providing a unified view of user's subscribed services containing the necessary information about each user and his services in every network domain that may serve him.
