<p>The glass cooling apparatus, which cools while transporting glasses by being installed in a conveyor, comprises frames installed in transport path of the conveyor; a plurality of rollers installed in the frames rotates for the glasses to be moved; fan filter units installed in the frames in order to offer clean cooling air current by inhaling external air; and a nozzle chamber in which a plurality of nozzles is formed in order to spray cooling air current generated in the fan filter unit towards the glasses. According to the above structure, the glass cooling apparatus can cool glasses, heated at 100 or higher in LCD, OLED, or thin film type solar cell manufacturing process, in short time at the room temperature by installing the glass cooling apparatus on the conveyor transport path.</p> |
