A process for the preparation of polyurethane composition by synthesis of prepolymer as product of interaction of 2,4(2,6)-toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and polyether L-1000 at mole ratio TDI:L-1000=2:1 with successive addition of organometallic compound, linear polyisocyanate (PIC) and solvent. The precursor is synthesized by interaction of 2,4(2,6)-toluene diisocyanate with organometallic compound as reactive organometallic modifier (ROM) at mole ratio of TDI:ROM=6-15:1, and interaction is carried out at a temperature of 80 °C and thorough mixing for 60 minutes (until color change). The reaction mixture is cooled to 60 °C, polyether L-1000 as chain extender (CE) is added at mole ratio TDI:L-1000=2:1, prepolymer prepared is cooled to 40-50 °C, linear polyisocyanate (PIC) is added at ratio to prepolymer as 10-15:100 correspondingly and solvent (S) is added at ratio prepolymer (TDI:ROM+CE):S=1:1. The reaction mixture is homogenized by thorough mixing. |
