METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF ENERGY POTENTIAL OF MITOCHONDRIA

摘要

A method for determination of energy potential of mitochondria includes instrumental investigation of tissues. Electronograms for ultra-thin tissue section are obtained at enhancement of the image 8000-10000 with monomorphic determination of volumetric density of mitochondria, with determination of intact cristas in mitochondria of the sample under investigation, with determination of the number of mitochondria in the sample under investigation, and with determination of the energy potential of mitochondria.
