The reactor (11) or heat transmitter has thermal sheets (1) which are basically parallel to each other for the conduct of processes with pronounced heat tone. It also has flat spacers (e.g. 22) parallel and/or perpendicular to at least one thermal sheet. At least one of the flat spacers, which may be in closed box form, may be fitted between two of the thermal sheets.
