The transmitter has a hollow cylindrical body (21) comprising a cylindrical cavity with openings. A hollow piston (24) is placed within the cavity between a compression spring (29) and one of the openings. The piston separates the cavity in chambers (C1, C2), where one of the chambers is formed by a space between the piston and the opening. Another chamber is formed by a space between the piston and a large piston (35). The hollow piston is adapted to seal a lateral orifice when the transmitter is in a rest position and to open the orifice when the piston is abutted against the opening. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for assembling hydraulic transmitter (2) a method for operating a clutch control.
