The present invention relates to a brushless AC power generator for a vehicle, which does not use a brush, is integrated with seven pairs of diodes, and rectifies AC power. The brushless AC power generator for a vehicle, given in the present invention, includes a rear bracket (100) and a front bracket (110) which protect inside components; a rotor assembly (140), a field core assembly (150), and a stator (160) which include poles; a rectifier assembly (200) which rectifies AC power; and a cooling fan (170) which generates the flow of air. The rectifier assembly includes a terminal plate (210); a positive heat sink (220) in which a plurality of positive diodes of a N phase (222a, 222b, 222c, 222d, 222e, 222f, 222n) are settled; a negative heat sink (230) in which a plurality of negative diodes of a N phase (232a, 232b, 232c, 232d, 232e, 232f, 232n) are settled; and an insulation plate (240) which insulates between the positive heat sink and the negative heat sink. According to the present invention, the manufacturing process of a AC power generator becomes convenient and of high performance. |
