Maxwell Ager Rotary Radial Engine 17 September 2013 4:15 PM maxage@bigpond.com Abstract A disclosed Rotary Radial Engine on Fig 4/1 is a Turbo Compound Engine,which has Eight Dual Rotor Rotary Engines mounted around an Octagonal Centre Casing B.The Power Gear 3 Transfers power into the Ring Gear of the Propellor Shaft.A Rotary Radial normally combines the sum of Power from all of the Rotary Engines into the Propellor Shaft, Power Recovery is from High Velocity Blow Down Exhaust Gas 7,into a Blow Down Turbine 11 which transfers Power through a fluid drive 9 to the rear of the Propellor Shaft.A Centrifugal Blower 10 recovers Power lost due to Altitude. Accessory drives are from 14. Fig 4/2 is a Diagram of a Simese Exhaust System showing the Blow Down TurbineNol. Ignition,lubrication,Injection and Sealing are subject to new Technology and will be advised. Long Stroke, Electric Back Up,will be part of a Package included in the Rotary Radial.
