PURPOSE: A signal transmission-receipt device and a method thereof for removing MPI signal in a multiple antenna communications system are provided to transmit and receive the signal by using pre-rake. CONSTITUTION: A continuous orthogonal spreading code generating unit(210) generates continuous orthogonal spreading code. A spread modulation unit(220) performs the spreading modulation of the user signal by using continuous the orthogonal spreading code. The dispersion modulator generates the spread signal. A pre-rake combination unit(230) combines pre-rake with the spread signal. The pre-rake combiner is created the pre-rake signal. A multiple antenna unit transmits a pre-rake signal through a plurality of antennae. |
