Disclosed is a blowout preventer (BOP) trolley of a drillship having a working platform which is opened and closed. The present invention is related to the BOP trolley comprising: a trolley body which is formed to be slid on a moon pool and allows a BOP to be placed thereon; side skirts which are formed on both sides of the bottom of the trolley body and guides the side surfaces of the BOP; and a working platform which is hinged on the trolley body and slides between an opening position for opening the BOP descending space and a closing position for closing the BOP descending space.
