PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a chromatogram obtained by automatically connecting partial chromatograms corresponding to respective segments even when a chromatogram peak is not fit into one segment regulating a time range and is spread over a plurality of segments.SOLUTION: Whether or not there exists a boundary between such segments that a measurement mode is common and an m/z set value to be displayed which is instructed by an analyzer is also the same between two temporally continued segments is determined (S2). When the boundary exists, the common measurement mode between two segments putting the boundary between them is determined and whether or not parameter values corresponding to the determined measurement mode coincide with each other between the segments is determined (S3 to S10). When the parameter values are coincident, partial chromatograms corresponding to both the segments indicate time changes of the same ion intensity, so that a continuous chromatogram is created by interpolating both measurement points putting the boundary between them (S11). |
