PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a vinyl cis-polybutadiene in which linearity of a molecule is can be easily adjusted to be high, productivity is excellent, and stable production can be performed, and the vinyl cis-polybutadiene obtained by the same.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a vinyl cis-polybutadiene in which Tcp/ML1+4 is 2.2-5.0, includes: a cis-polymerization process (a); and a vinyl polymerization process (b), wherein and the all addition amount of a first organoaluminum compound and an organic halogen compound is 0.5-1.5 mol based on 1 mol of water, the first organoaluminum is a non-halogen organoaluminum compound, an addition amount of the organic halogen compound is 1.5-9.0 mol based on 1 mol of the non-halogen organoaluminum compound, and an addition amount of a 1, 4 polymerization catalyst is 0.85-3.00 μmol based on 1 mol of a conjugated diene based monomer, and the vinyl cis-polybutadiene is obtained by the same. |
