PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk brake capable of improving bonding force between a lining and a backing plate while suppressing brake noise.SOLUTION: A disk brake includes: a piston 21; and a claw part 27 in which a recessed part 32 larger than an outer diameter size of the piston 21 is formed at the position facing the piston 21. Two through holes 42, 42 spaced apart in a rotation direction of a disk 15 are formed in a manner holding the piston 21 in between in a backing plate 17 of a friction pad 13 in a region at an outer side of an outer circumferential position A in a radial direction of the piston 21 in a range pressed by the piston 21 and at an inner side of an inner circumferential position B in the radial direction of the piston 21 in a range pressed by the claw part 27. |
