PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation tomography apparatus for breast medical examination capable of imaging a distribution of radioactive medicines more accurately.SOLUTION: A part of a detector which constitutes a detector ring 12 is put apart from the detector ring 12 and then a passage that a radiation source 5 passes through is formed at a position before the parting. The radiation source 5 can shift in the passage. Consequently, transmission data on a test object can be obtained without providing the radiation source 5 inside the detector ring 12. The inner diameter of the detector ring 12 can, thereby, be made as small as possible, and a radiation tomography apparatus for breast medical examination with high spatial resolution can be provided without suppressing the manufacturing cost for the device. |
