The present invention relates to a barbecue roasting device using far-infrared rays and radiant heat which uses heat applied from the outside of a pottery instead of direct heat applied to roasting objects, and uses the far-infrared rays and radiant heat generated from the pottery for indirectly barbecuing the roasting objects. The barbecue roasting device comprises the following: a main body housing; the pottery including a roasting chamber with an entrance on the front center of the main body housing and an outlet on the bottom surface; a heating unit including more than one heater around the outer edge of the pottery; an insulation unit installed in between the heating unit and the main body housing; an operation frame reciprocating by a reciprocating member to open and close the entrance from the front side of the entrance; and a cover for sealing the entrance, including a skewer unit with at least one skewer rotated by the operation of a motor. |
