<p>The present invention is a method for suppressing expression of Homo sapiens interleukin 9 by manufacturing DNA pieces which bond to complementary mRNA produced when the Homo sapiens interleukin 9 (IL9) gene which is protein related to infection is expressed. The interleukin 7 (IL-7) [22] is cytokine works as growth factors for early limphocites of B-cell and T-cell lineages. Cytokine which supports independence of the interleukin-9 (IL-9) from IL-2 and IL-4 of helper are independent growth T-cells. The interleukin-7 and the interleukin-9 are understood to be evolutionally related. By regulating amount of protein expression through DNA oligomers which are complement to mRNA of Homo sapiens interleukin 9 (IL-9), the results can be used as basic data for developing experimental equipment which regulates signal pathway, immune response related to the protein, and cell cycle.</p> |
