PURPOSE: A saddle for water work and a construction method thereof are provided to safely construct the saddle by preventing water from becoming polluted. CONSTITUTION: A saddle(100) for water work comprises a saddle unit(110), a band unit(120), a body(141), and a branch unit(144). The saddle unit and the band unit connected each other to enclose a main pipe. The body is installed in the saddle unit, and comprises a hollow hole to bore a water supply hole in the main pipe. The branch unit is formed on one side of the body, and comprises a branch hole connected to the hollow hole. A discharge groove is formed on an inner surface of the hollow hole to easily discharge cutting chips. |
