ETRAVIRINE AND METHOD FOR PREPARING INTERMEDIATE THEREOF

Disclosed are etravirine and a method for preparing an intermediate thereof, and specifically, disclosed is a method for preparing an etravirine intermediate shown by the formula IV. The method adopts a same or a basically same solvent system, neither separation nor purification is needed between reaction steps, multiple steps of the reaction can be performed consecutively, the operation is simple, and the prepared compound with the formula IV can be directly used for preparing etravirine. Further disclosed is a method for preparing etravirine, and the method is based on the foregoing method for preparing the intermediate, so as to significantly improve the yield of etravirine.
