The present invention broadly relates to pharmaceutical oral dosage forms directed to therapeutic use for preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in mammals, preferably humans. More particularly, the invention relates to a tablet that comprises (a) one or more HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors, (b) one or more angiotensin II receptor antagonists and (c) one or more diuretics of the thiazide class.
