PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print an image in which the displacement of a dot row is made almost inconspicuous while suppressing irregular density by using a printing device in which a plurality of nozzle rows are arranged to be partially overlapped.SOLUTION: A printing device includes a first nozzle row, and a second nozzle row whose nozzles are partially overlapped on the first nozzle row. Extension image data obtained by performing the extension copy of data on an image being a print object is generated, and a position in a predetermined direction of an x-th row area of the extension image data is made to correspond to a position in the predetermined direction of an i-th nozzle included in the first nozzle row or the second nozzle row. A density correction value for a k-th raster line acquired from a test pattern printed by the first nozzle row and the second nozzle row is made to correspond to the i-th nozzle included in the first nozzle row or the second nozzle row. By using the density correction value for the k-th raster line made to correspond to the i-th nozzle, the density of the x-th row area of the extension image data is corrected. |
