<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide nucleic acid molecules which are capable of the highly sensitive detection of ligands (for example patulin). Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a screening method for nucleic acid molecules which are capable of the highly sensitive detection of ligands (for example patulin), and a nucleic acid molecule screening method used in the optimization of nucleic acid molecules which are capable of the highly sensitive detection of ligands (for example patulin). A further purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for effectively removing ligands from a sample which contains ligands (for example patulin). The present invention provides nucleic acid molecules for detecting ligands (for example patulin), the nucleic acid molecules having a loop-structure and containing a DNA aptamer and a DNAzyme, wherein the sequence which lies between the DNA aptamer region and the DNAzyme has been engineered.</p> |
