<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire information necessary for analyzing an operating time for every operation content and every operation article in order to discriminate the articles to be operated of an operator. <P>SOLUTION: An article 1 to be operated is attached with a non-contact radio tag 3 recorded with an identification name, and a reading device 20 of a non-contact radio tag is prepared for each operator, and the reading device 20 is attached to the article 1 to be operated under operation, and the recorded information and detection time of the non-contact radio tag 3 is recorded by the reading device 20.
