摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for selectively amplifying SSU rRNA genes of plant endophyte.SOLUTION: PCR is performed using a reaction liquid containing DNA derived from a plant sample, a primer set for amplifying SSU rRNA genes of plant endophyte, and oligonucleotide containing locked nucleic acid (LNA) corresponding to SSR rRNA genes of plant mitochondria and plastid designed in a location that competes with a primer of the primer set, and the amplification of the SSU rRNA genes of the plant mitochondria and plastid is hindered by the LNA-containing oligonucleotide.
