<p>The invention relates to a process for obtaining bioethanol. The claimed process consists in analyzing the raw material selected from sugar beet, maize, wheat, oat or rye, molasses syrup, preferably sugar beet, as far as the saccharose content is concerned, then there follows the comminuting and heating of the raw material at temperatures of 45...70°C, which then is subjected to extraction, wherefrom the resulting liquid is combined with the liquid recovered from pressing and filtering the pulp, the mixture is sterilized, cooled in two stages and then let to ferment, further on the clarified liquid is passed into a distillation zone consisting of depleting, purifying and rectifying means, at a pressure of 0.5...7 bar, finally the obtained ethanol being dehydrated and purified to a 99.8% purity.</p> |
