PURPOSE: A service apparatus loaded with domestic and international voice and text receiving and transmitting automatic registration authentication function of a wire and wireless subscriber and a discount service operating method thereof are provided to enable a user to receive call service on the basis of the information registered according to service identification number system of a wire and wireless communication business owner which is used in a home network convenient and familiar with the user on the basis of a developed internet protocol (IP) communication network and a stable public switched telephone network (PSTN). CONSTITUTION: An automatic registration management unit (120) is allocated with a personal identification number as to a service subscriber. The automatic registration management unit registers the allocated personal identification number to the customer information newly. The automatic registration management unit performs incoming-switching of a first local opening number to the personal identification number automatically. The automatic registration management unit registers newly or updates a second local area opening number as to customer information discriminated by a customer identification code according to the automatic registration request from a mobile communication terminal located in a second area including the customer identification code and the second local area opening number.
