PURPOSE: A device for evaluating the continuous, subjective, and visual inconvenience degree and quality of three-dimensional content and a method thereof are provided to suggest an evaluation standard about a distance and a position between a display device and the quality evaluation device in order to improve objectivity and reliability. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit (202) includes at least one of a local area communication, a wired/wireless communication, and a combination thereof. A sensor unit (203) senses at least one of information among sight, hearing, a distance, an inclination, a posture, touch sensation, and a combination thereof. A control unit (201) produces information which is necessary for operating a three-dimensional single stimulus continuous quality evaluation (SSCQE) tool by using information which is inputted through the communication unit and the sensor unit and self-set information. The control unit sets up an evaluation environment.
