PURPOSE: An advanced sewage treatment facility by using immersed membrane is provided to install as a small size in which the settling tank is not included; the capacity of the reaction bath is small by having less than 6 hours of the hydraulic retention time in the whole process; and the sludge and the processing water are perfectly divided by using the immersed membrane of the absorption filtering mode instead of using the settling tank. CONSTITUTION: An advanced sewage treatment facility (A) by using immersed membrane comprises an impurity removal screen (1) for blocking the foreign substance like the garbage which is mixed within the sewage which is flowed in; a flow rate controlling bath (3) which equally divides the quality of the inflow water and controls the flow rate about the change of the rate of inflow by collecting the sewage for a certain period. The sewage is flowed in with the sewage transfer pump (31) which is installed within the flow rate controlling bath, the solid material from the sewage which is flowed is filtered and discharged through to the spiral shaped discharge pipe; and the advanced sewage treatment facility comprises a drum screen (4) in which the filtered sewage is discharged into the lower part; a bioreactor (5) which purifies the sewage which is flowed in by passing through the outlet port of the drum screen.
