PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by forming a high density doping part and a low density doping part of an emitter part through one process. CONSTITUTION: An emitter part(121) is located on the front surface of a substrate(110) and includes a first emitter part(121A) and a second emitter part(121B). The first emitter part is a region doped with a second conductive impurity of a low density. The second emitter part is a region doped with the second conductive impurity with a high density. An antireflection unit includes a bottom antireflection layer(130A) in contact with the substrate and a top antireflection layer located on the upper side of the bottom antireflection layer. |
