摘要 PURPOSE: A detecting method for gas pressure reduction is provided to improve reliability by the combustion control of a gas boiler. CONSTITUTION: A detecting method for gas pressure reduction using a differential pressure sensor comprises: a step of calculating and storing the differential pressure between a pneumatic pressure and a current gas pressure detected by a differential pressure sensor when a burner is turned on(S3); a step of decreasing the current amount of heat of the burner as much as a predetermined amount(X%) for a predetermined time(t1), returning back to the original state, and detecting the differential pressure at this moment(S4); a step of determining whether or not the result value of the stored differential pressure minus the differential pressure, at the time when decreasing the predetermined amount(X%) of heat for a predetermined time(t1), is greater than a predetermined value(+/-A)(S5); and a step of normally operating a boiler if the value is greater than the predetermined value(+/-A)(S6).
