PURPOSE: A real-time curvature correction system for bending equipment and a method thereof are provided to reduce a failure rate and to improve a quality of a finished product as the curvature of a workpiece is corrected by a photographing unit and a comparison unit. CONSTITUTION: A real-time curvature correction system for bending equipment includes a photographing unit (10), a comparison unit (20), a storing unit (30), and a control unit (40). The photographing unit is arranged on a driving roller (2) and obtains images by photographing one side of a workpiece while being moved according to a preset coordinate value. The comparison unit extracts an inspection region by recognizing the obtained images and compares the images with a reference image. The coordinate value of the workpiece and a bending value of the bending roller are stored in the storing unit. The control unit controls the displacement of bending rollers (6a, 6b) and the rotation of the driving roller by receiving the input of the bending value and the coordinate value and resets the bending value.
