PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a possibility of continuing the operation of a work part when sensors cause failures without impairing the quality of a hoisting package.SOLUTION: In a method for operating a winder (1) including a large number of work parts (2) among the plurality of work parts 2, the second work part 2B is selected to the first work part 2A among the plurality of work parts 2, and when the sensors 20 and 27 of the first work part 2A among the plurality of work parts 2 cause failures, a control signal for actuators 14 and 26 of the first work part 2A is associatively generated to a sensor signal prepared by the sensors 20 and 37 of the second work part 2B among the plurality of work parts 2. The second work part 2B exists in an equal state to the first work part 2A when the sensors 20 and 37 of the first work part 2A cause the failure on an operation parameter. |
