PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter status reporting apparatus and a motor status analyzing apparatus which analyze and report a motor status and provide an inverter status to a user by use of a mobile terminal.SOLUTION: A motor status analyzing apparatus 10 includes: a first recognition unit (motion recognizing unit 12) that recognizes vibrations of a motor in contact therewith and provides the vibrations to a controller 11; a second recognition unit (sound recognizing unit 13) that recognizes sound of the motor and provides the sound to the controller 11; and the controller 11 that analyzes a frequency on the basis of the vibrations and/or sound of the motor to check change in the vibrations and to derive an analysis result on a status of the motor.
