PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable after-attachment of an electromagnetic shield tool to an insulation electric wire, without increasing a layout space and the weight of a wire harness.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic shield tool 3 includes a conductive sheet material 30 having flexibility, and a plurality of terminal fittings 31. Each terminal fitting 31 is electrically connected to a first outer edge portion on the sheet material 30 and a second outer edge portion on the opposite side. For example, each terminal fitting 31 is connected to an end portion of a conducting wire 32 slidably coupled to the outer edge portion of the sheet material 30 along an outer edge.
