PURPOSE: The cathode slurry is provided to improve the lifetime and output characteristic of a battery since the delamination of electrode is improved by including a material which is attachable to the electrode collector and organic compound at the same time. CONSTITUTION: The cathode slurry is a cathode active material for a secondary battery occluding and seceding lithium ion and made by mixing a cathode material comprising a lithium titanium oxide, a conductive material, and a binder with an organic solvent. The binder comprises a material in which at least two kinds of functional groups having different reactivity are combined with inorganic metal. The inorganic metal is one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of silane (Si), titanium (Ti), zinc (Zn), and chrome (Cr). The content of the binder or bonding material is 0.1-10 weight% of the total weight of the cathode material.
