PURPOSE: An ice cream producing apparatus is provided to spray hot gas and freezing gas into a cylinder with one compressor. CONSTITUTION: A main body (100) includes an operation instruction unit for operating an ice cream producing apparatus (10). An access plate (200) includes an ingredient inlet and an ice cream outlet. A drum (300) includes a second through-hole on one side. A pipe (400) is a channel for hot gas or freezing gas. A drive motor (500) operates in a forward/backward direction when mixing and sterilizing ingredients, and operates in a backward direction when freezing the ingredients. A mixing device (550) is combined to one end of the drive motor. |
