The profile (14) has two distinct non-woven branches (10, 11) presented in form of bands. Each band includes two longitudinal edges (21) according to longitudinal main direction. The bands are attached with each other according to the longitudinal direction by a tubular shaped plastic core (12) enclosing the longitudinal edge of each band. The bands comprise partially superimposed recesses for allowing passage of a gripping element with a cap around the plastic core. The core has diameter ranging from 2 to 10 mm. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a cushion padding for a seat (2) a method for manufacturing a cushion padding.
