The beam (100) has an interior rail (260) that is intended to be provided on an interior side of a dwelling by a sliding motion, and is arranged to support mass of an interior opening (Oi). A collection unit (345) is arranged to collect water drops crossing the interior rail. The collection unit is placed along the interior rail. A set of evacuation units (213, 346, 347) evacuates water drops, and is connected by the collection unit. The collection unit is traversed through the beam so as to evacuate the water drops on other side of the interior rail. An independent claim is also included for a lower part.
