In the arrangement, at least one of the flow channels (220, 320, 230, 330, 240, 340, 250, 350) is arranged to be closed by said diaphragm valve structure (203, 303), the diaphragm valve structure (203, 303) further including at least a permanent magnet valve structure (202, 302). Movements of a permanent magnet (302.6) included in the magnet valve structure (202, 302) can be arranged to be realized via pressure changes in a conduit (305.1) for pilot pressure for operating the valve arrangement, and movements of a block plunger (302.7) included in the magnet valve structure (202, 302) to follow the movements of the permanent magnet (302.6).
