PURPOSE: A positioning device using wired communications is provided to accurately track a location by obtaining the communication range of a portable device. CONSTITUTION: A portable device (100) transmits an emergency signal. A receiver receives the emergency signal. A location detector (300) obtains a location by using the received emergency signal. The emergency signal received by the receiver is transmitted to the location detector through wired communication lines. |
