PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a terminal unit of a vehicle drive motor and the terminal unit for a vehicle drive motor thereby improve the reliability of vibration resistance and impact resistance by reducing the empty space between spacers with an over-molded fixing structure. CONSTITUTION: An assembly jig (J) is prepared. Ring-shaped bus bars (115) and ring-shaped spacers (117) are assembled by using the assembly jig as a support base. The spacer insulates each of the bus bars by being inserted between the bus bars. A terminal mold (112) is assembled from the top to the bottom to insert a subassembly inside the terminal mold. The bus bars and spacers assembled with the terminal mold are fixed to an over-mold (119). |
