PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a measurement error by a posture change of a wearer, and to apply an optimum pressure to a medical treatment region.SOLUTION: A first detection part 34 of a massage device 10 detects a pressure applied to a medical treatment region by an actuator. A second detection part 36 detects a pulse wave of the medical treatment region. A first calculation part 62 calculates a ratio of a fluctuant component of a blood flow per unit time to a steady component of the blood flow per unit time, included in the detected pulse wave. A setting part 66 sets a maximum pressure applied to the medical treatment region based on the ratio. A drive control part 60 performs control to transmit, to the actuator as a drive signal, a first drive signal indicating an instruction to repeat first pressurization applying a pressure at which the set maximum pressure is detected to the medical treatment region and second pressurization applying a pressure at which a pressure less than the maximum pressure is detected. |
