A mobile communications terminal (200, 550) comprising a memory (240), a user interface (120, 130, 135, 220) and a controller (210), wherein said controller (210) is configured, during an on-going communication session with a second mobile communications terminal (200, 555), to: receive a request for a position through said user interface (120, 130, 135, 220); generate a position request and transmit said position request to said second mobile communications terminal (200, 555), thereby instructing said second mobile communications terminal (200, 555) to provide a current position of said second mobile communications terminal (200, 555); receive a position response from said second mobile communications terminal (200, 555), said position response indicating a position; present said position through said user interface (120, 220), thereby allowing for issuing appropriate alarms; and receive a request for an alarm through said user interface (120, 130, 135, 220) and generate an alarm request and transmit said alarm request to said second mobile communications terminal (200, 555), thereby instructing said second mobile communications terminal (200, 555) to issue an alarm to an emergency contact (580). |
