PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate peeling by simplifying peeling of a carrier copper foil which protects a surface copper foil of a copper clad laminate.SOLUTION: A carrier copper foil peeling device winds and peels a carrier copper foil attached on a rectangular copper clad laminate by a roller rotating around an axial center. The roller 33 includes a winding surface which is in contact with the carrier copper foil 11 and is adhesive. The roller 33 is arranged so as to reciprocate in an oblique direction with respect to one side of the copper clad laminate 12 to start peeling of the carrier copper foil 11 from a corner part by making a winding surface in contact with and bonded to the corner part of the carrier copper foil 11.
