PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary tool for a measuring device of a man conveyor, which enables determination of an abnormality by easily installing the measuring device without the need for the replacement and working of footsteps.SOLUTION: A temporary tool 40 for a measuring device includes: a shaft clamp part 41 which is attached to a footstep connecting shaft 25 for attaching an inspection footstep 11a, in such a manner as to be slidable in the width direction of the inspection footstep 11a and rotatable around the axis; at least one device fixing shaft 42 which is attached to the shaft clamp part 41 toward an inside surface of the inspection footstep 11a in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the footstep connecting shaft 25, and which has a leading end fixed by being pressed against the inside surface of the inspection footstep 11a; a base 43 which is attached to the device fixing shaft 42 and which fixedly supports the measuring device 30; and a length adjusting part 44 which is attached expandably/contractably in the axial direction of the device fixing shaft 42. |
