MICRO ARRAYER AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A micro arrayer is provided to be able to automatically dilute a reagent in a well plate by drawing the reagent in each row of the well plate by a dilution ratio with a micro-pipette, and successively mixing in the next row. CONSTITUTION: A micro arrayer (1) is to control at least one well plate (2) in which a reagent (5) with various concentrations is contained, and a micro-pipette (3) which arranges the reagent in the well plate. The micro arrayer comprises a well plate and nozzle selection part (10) which selects ID of the well plate to be used in the dilution operation among at least one well plate, and selects a nozzle number to be used in the dilution operation among at least one nozzle of the micro-pipette; a dilution ratio selection part (20) which selects the dilution ratio of the reagent to be contained in each well of the selected well plate; a sample volume part (30) which inputs the amount of the undiluted reagent necessary for the first row of the selected well plate, and the amount of DMSO (dimethylsulfoxide) to be filled in the rest rows; and a reagent diluting part (40) which gradually dilutes the undiluted reagent by the dilution ratio selected in the dilution ratio selection part by drawing the amount of {the reagent in each row X (1/the dilution ratio of the reagent)} starting from the first row until all the rest rows with the micro-pipette, and successively mixing in the next row.
