PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and highly accurately detect whether it is an electronic component which can be mounted on a substrate by an electronic component mounting device.SOLUTION: An electronic component determination device includes: a component database having identification information of an insertion type electronic component and information on past mounting records of an electronic component mounting device which holds and inserts the insertion type electronic component into a substrate hole; an information acquisition unit for acquiring information on an object insertion type electronic component which is an object of determination; and a control unit for determining whether the object insertion type electronic component acquired by the information acquisition unit can be mounted on a substrate by the electronic component mounting device. The control unit compares the object insertion type electronic component and the identification information, specifies the insertion type electronic component of the component database corresponding to the object insertion type electronic component and, if there is a past mounting record for the object insertion type electronic component, determines that the object insertion type electronic component can be mounted. |
