PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print recording medium for braille characters that can display braille characters so that even visually handicapped people can recognize information, and to provide an apparatus of making the same.SOLUTION: A print recording medium 21 for braille characters includes: a recording substrate body 22 in which a thermosensitive coloring layer 25a is formed on a front surface, an adhesive layer 26a is formed on a back surface, and a printing area 28 and a braille area 27 are formed at the front surface side; and a deformation supplementary substrate 23 layered on only the braille area 27. |
